Ticketing issues (again!)

It happens during every World Cup, and we shouldn’t expect that Germany will be an exemption. Ticketing remains the biggest worry for 2006 organisers as orders running at 100,000 a day and little prospect of returns to ease the shortage.

It looks like that 1.5 billion euros spent by Germany in building and renovating 12 stadiums for the World Cup is not enough as a respected local consumer protection group, Stiftung Warentest declared that some of them have serious deficiencies if crowd panic or fire were to break out.
